NOVEGA is the world market and technology leader for Underwater Locator Beacons (ULB) and Low Frequency Underwater Locating Devices (LF-ULD). Worldwide over 20 years we are established in the market and over 60.000 ships are equipped with a NOVEGA ULB.
With our experience and skills from the maritime business, we have successfully managed to gain a foothold in the aviation world. The NOVEGA Low Frequency ULD is the OEM product of the two leading aircraft manufacturers. With the milestone of the first lithium-free beacon GREEN90 NOVEGA was able to become the OEM of the largest aircraft manufacturer in the world for recorder beacons.
This success confirms our innovation, the expertise in developing and production of ULB and LF-ULD. But most of all, it shows that NOVEGA products stand for precision and reliability.

The PT9 C-Proof is launched in the market.

Maritime market leader

As first company, NOVEGA brings to the market a 90 days ULB.

NOVEGA receives the Production Organisation Approval (POA) from LBA.

BLUE90 ULB
NOVEGA develops and produces a ULB for the aviation market.

EN9100
NOVEGA is EN9100 certified. EN9100 is established by providing serial products (equipment parts) to customers in the aviation market.

ADOA and MOA
NOVEGA receives the Alternative Procedures to Design Organisation Approval (ADOA) from EASA and Maintenance Organisation Approval (MOA) from LBA.
